Jamelle E. McKenzie, President and CEO

Reverend Jamelle McKenzie accepted the call to ministry in 1981. Immediately she began to travel throughout the United States evangelizing by preaching hope and salvation, and counseling the abused, oppressed, bereaved and depressed. By the time she was ordained in 1984 she had already birthed two thriving ministries at the University of Virginia; Deliverance Crusade for Christ and Love in Action Ministries. In addition to serving as President, CEO and Founder of Adullam Ministries, Inc., Jamelle is also the Senior Pastor of Destiny Tabernacle International Ministries, a non denominational multi-cultural church ministry she founded in Atlanta, Georgia in 2006. Prior to that time she served nine years as an Elder and pastored two African Methodist Episcopal churches; St. Paul AME, Carrollton, GA and Knights Monumental AME, Stockbridge, GA. Jamelle has a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Virginia and a Doctor of Ministry from Virginia Seminary and has attended CBI Bible College and completed graduate work at several institutions including University of Virginia, Brenau University and Morehouse School of Religion at the Interdenominational Theological Center. Versatility and diversity can be noted among her other accomplishments in that Jamelle is an educator holding a Georgia teaching certificate and Owner/Director of the Jacobs Center for Performing Arts.

As the SALT Foundation COO, James is leveraging his 24 years of experience in business management, engineering, technology, operations, consulting and non-profit fund-raising & management to bring the worthy Foundation Projects and Programs to life. James is also the curriculum developer and chief instructor for the S.A.L.T. Foundation Servant-Leader Certification program. James graduated from Brown University in May, 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and has worked for Fortune 100 companies such as Morgan Stanley, AT&T Bell Labs, IBM, Boeing Aerospace Operations at the NASA Kennedy Space Center, and most recently as an Associate Director of Research & Commercialization at the University of Central Florida Business Incubation Program and Small Business Development Center. James has been an entrepreneur since 1994 and has founded several technology companies, a real estate investment & marketing company, a publishing company and raised over $7 million in venture capital. James is the recipient of several technical awards and honors from the National Technical Association, the National Security Agency, Boeing Aerospace Operations, NASA, Westinghouse and others. James personally holds four U.S. Patents. James has also published numerous articles and papers in the fields of engineering and technology, and is the published author of a Christian inspirational book entitled “The Matrix of Destiny: God’s Seven Progressive Revelations" www.MatrixOfDestiny.com which was recently updated and re-released as an e-book course entitled "God's Seven Progressive Revelations: A Manifesto for Multi-Dimensional Christian Living." (/www.mdchristian.org). James is also the published author of Destiny's Decision, a full length feature novel based on the worldview of the Matrix of Destiny (www.DestinysDecision.com) In addition to his extensive entrepreneurial business and technical experience, James also served as a management volunteer, officer and Executive Director for the Space Coast, Florida Chapter of the National Technical Association (NTA), where he played a pivotal role in proposal development, submission, and management of over $2 million in grants & in-kind services from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). These funds were successfully used for the development and operation of 4 technical learning centers for socially and economically disadvantaged youth located in Brevard County, Florida. James also serves as a member of the Charter Board of Directors for Lake Technical School, a Florida Charter School located in Eustis, Florida (www.LakeTech.org)
 
Adrienne S. London, Chief Financial Officer

As the SALT Foundation’s Chief Financial Officer,, Adrienne London is responsible for the proper allocation, management and accountability of Foundation resources. Adrienne brings 27 years of finance and business management expertise to bear on the monumental task of administering SALT Foundation projects and programs worldwide. Prior to joining the S.A.L.T. Foundation, Adrienne served as Vice President of Leasing within the Commercial Bank Divsion of Bank of America. Adrienne is a Six Sigma certified financial professional with over two decades of progressive and diversified experience in management and the commercial finance industry. She attended Howard University in Washington, DC where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance. Adrienne’s successful career in corporate finance began upon graduation from Howard in 1979 when she accepted a two year internship opportunity at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) assisting the Financial Comptroller. She then went on to work in account management and development for Fortune 500 companies such as Chase, FINOVA Capital, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. In 2004, Adrienne received her Six Sigma and LEAN Green Belt Certification she now applies to executing processes that support the Performance Objectives, Projects and Programs of the Foundation.
